Our Team

Our company professional team consists of 20 permanent internal and external experts. Our consultants are graduates from business academies, colleges and/or universities of economics and business administration, specialized in accounting, tax consulting and information management. The adequate high level of their knowledge, which is continuously deepened and improved, is supported by the professional growth system and specialized training courses.

An Economic Analyst and the founder of our company Ing. Daniel Pristach, who specializes primarily in financial analyses and business process reengineering, is at your disposal. A Chief Information Systems Auditor  is  Ing. Miroslav Benda, who performs IS audits, helps you to choose the most optimal information system and will assist you in its implementation. A Tax Professional and an Accounting Specialist with really rich experience is Ms Iva Šafránková, who you can meet in tax advisory consultations. She is a specialist in accounting and payroll.

Payroll processing is arranged by Hana Kolmanová and Helena Karlová. They both have very extensive experience in payroll processing, the payroll systems implementation and HR in accordance with the Czech and Slovak legislation.

Ing. Pěva Čouková works in E-Consulting Czech, s.r.o. as an Auditor and a Balance Accountant. In the CR she is a recognized Auditor and a Member of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic. You might have come across her name in the number of specialized publications, which she has written.

Recruitment and selection of new team members, their strengths development, motivation and evaluation is arranged in our company by Kateřina Kučerová, HR Manager and a Professional Coach.
