We pay great attention and devote a lot of space to professional education, training and self-development. We also hire junior applicants, who do not have much professional experience, but show a great interest and predisposition to learn fast and are well equipped with soft skills. Besides professional training in the area of accounting, taxes and payroll (a certification process: a certified accountant, accounting expert, payroll auditor) we pay attention to the language competence of our employees - we provide regular company language courses.
